Delivery times are approximate and calculated from the day the order is processed.
Once payment has been received, orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided within approximately 10 to 15 working days. This address cannot be changed.
If you are not present at the time of delivery, you will receive a notification for a second delivery attempt. If delivery cannot be made again, you will finally be contacted by email to collect your package at an access point. If the package is not collected or cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond Tempo8’s control, additional reshipment costs will apply.
Orders from countries with customs duties and taxes will be at the buyer’s expense; Tempo8 cannot be held responsible for these charges. We recommend checking with customs authorities for more information before placing an order.
Tempo8 uses trusted courier companies and does not ship to P.O. boxes, hotels, or other non-permanent addresses. Please ensure the delivery address provided is complete and accurate.
Although Tempo8 has stock, levels may vary, and in such cases, we will keep you informed.
